TIOL111: Current flow different between TIOL111 and TIOL1113.

Hi team,

There is a difference in the way the current flows TIOL111 and TIOL1113 at CQpin, so I'd like to know if this is normal operation.

TIOL111 : 2A
TIOL1113 : 0.3A

Is it possible that TIOL111 is broken?
If so, what are the possible failure points?

Hi Kengo,

The only difference between the TIOL111 and the TIOL1113 is with the low voltage supply. The TIOL1113 uses an internal 3.3V LDO and the TIOL111 requires this voltage to be supplied from an external source. There is no difference between how the devices operate on the high voltage side and the current levels through CQ should be equivalent under the same loading conditions.

Can you supply schematics and a diagram of your test setup for both devices?
