Hello ,

For the SD-SDI serializer part LMH0070SQE/NOPB, in SMBus switching characteristics Data output delay time is not available. While SDA line outputs data, please confirm whether there will be any delay ?

Hi Shiva,

Please note data hold time is 300ns. This means output data from the slave SMBus device(LMH0070) should be sampled within 300ns of the falling SMBus clock or using the falling edge of the clock to sample the data from LMH0070 SDA..

It means maximum output delay should be <300ns. Please confirm

Hi Shiva,

Data hold time minimum is 300ns. This means this is minimum delay - it could be more than this. From design perspective, you are correct you should sample the data within this 300ns delay.
