ESD204: Material list (Component Information) reflecting PCN#20230721003.1A

Part Number: ESD204

For ESD204DQAR

PCN#20230721003.1A  has been issued in December 20, 2023, and Materials and Fab/Assembly site are changed.

A content list is required to confirm the chemical substance regulations of each country and each treaty.

But  the material list (Component Information) currently available for download from the page remains outdated and incorrect.

Ex)  the wire bond was changed to Cu, but it remains Au.

Please provide new Component Information (supports PCN#20230721003.1A ).　

I would like it in chemSHERPA-AI format, which is standard in Japan and ASEAN area. <chemSHERPA by JAMP>

    Right now, I am not able to find the full material content document. I was able to find the Restricted Chemical Test Report. Please let me know if this is what you were looking for.

    Hi, 

    My understanding is that since the device has not fully offloaded to the new Manufacturing/Assembly site then the material component document won't be published until then. I was given a document that lists information about the site and BOM.

    Please let me know if there is anything else needed.
