Thank you for your patience. It seems we do not have a SPICE file for this device. Typically we use S-parameter files to simulate our MUXes.

I recommend using the S-parameter from the base HD3SS3212 (not Q1) to simulate this device. You can find this model on the HD3SS3212 product page:

We don't usually make SPICE models so I'll need to check whether we can provide this. I'll aim to have an answer by tomorrow.

After checking internally, we cannot generate a SPICE model for this part. The S-parameter is our group's preferred file type for simulating device performance.
