I have a question about input fail-safe circuit.

The Japanese data sheet (Rev.B)has the following description,

Input fail-safe circuit（input open ,no termination resistor , ouput "H")

The English data sheet (Rev.C) does not describe the input fail-safe circuit, is the circuit itself gone?

The truth table on p. 6 describes this case with "open".

The image isn't loading, but from the written description, Clemens is correct. This is described on page 6 of the English datasheet. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

In the following circuit, the processing of unused pins（4A,4B) is open and there is no problem, right?

In the circuit shown abovr, there are no dots at the ends of the two red lines, but it could be interpreted as if 4A and 4B were connected +5V. (This would be wrong; the output would be undefined, and might even oscillate.)

If 4A/4B are not connected to anything, then they indeed are open.
