The schematic looks correct to me, though one point of feedback would be increasing the width of the VCC trace if possible.
For the WAKE pin, the MCU would need to be able to drive at least 4V for it to recognize a high logic level. Since your MCU is 3.3V, this won't work. Is there a way you can control a switch that is pulled up to your 5V voltage rail in your system and then use that to control the WAKE input?
