Tool/software:

Hi Team, Good day! I am posting this on behalf of the customer. Could you please help confirm whether we did the AEC-Q100 certification in our lab or outside, and do the lab have CNAS/ILAS qualification for the following parts? TCAN1057AVDRBRQ1/ TCAN1057AVDRQ1Thank you in advance.

Best Regards,

Henry

  • Henry,

The AEC-Q100 certification is performed at our labs here in Dallas that are dedicated to qualification testing. I assure that these labs have all the certifications necessary to qualify our parts for Automotive applications. I have reached out to the lab managers to see if they can help with the CNAS/ILAS certification verification.

  • Thanks Eric, sorry for typo, it's ILAC(International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation), do we have this for our lab?

  • Henry,

All of our internal labs are certified in a corporate IATF 16949 certification scheme. AEC-Q100 is an Automotive qualification standard, and thus not a certification scheme. So, all of our labs are held to a standard in general, and are certified to test against the requirements for AEC-Q100. So, to answer the original question, our qualification efforts are up to the standard that is required for equipment to test in the conditions that are required for AEC-Q100, and we have released hundreds of parts across all of TI with the AEC-Q100 standard correctly.

    Regards,
