TPD1E10B06: How to determine pin 1 and 2, and which connects to GND

I am using part TPD1E10B06DYAR to ESD protect USB +5V power.  Is pin 1 on the side with the dot, and the side of the 'E'?  Also, which pin goes to GND?  

NOTE:  I had to add part number 'TPD1E10B06' instead of 'TPD1E10B06DYAR' when I created this post, since the TI form gave an error stating part 'TPD1E10B06DYAR' did not exist, even though I copy/pasted that part number from the TI website.  The part I am using is TPD1E10B06DYAR.
