Part Number: TUSB9261
Tool/software:
I have had to swap the + and - on the super speed TX and RX signals to route cleanly, but I don't see where in the F/W I need to set to tell the chip that they are swapped.
Can you point that out?
Thanks,dan

Hi Dan,
There is not a firmware that corrects a swap by the USB SuperSpeed Tx polarity. There is only firmware that corrects for the SATA Rx/Tx polarity swap.

It should be OK to swap the USB SuperSpeed polarity without special firmware.

Nicholaus
So the controller should be able to automatically detect the polarity swap of the super speed pins?
Yes, Automatic Lane Polarity Inversion is included as a part of the USB 3.0 specification.

Nicholaus
It also is mentioned in the datasheet section 10.1.2: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tusb9261.pd
