I used below calculator and parameter to calculate customer design.

Below is parameter for this project of TDP2004

Total length is 6000 mil >> I assume the pre channel can be inch. I find the post channel can meet their requirement.

They only have three 3 vias. 2 buried and 1 hole in pre - channel

Customer side will use FR4 board material so I don’t change any setting of excel.

please let me know any other parameter I should add

BTW, do BU side any halogen free document?

I can't find it on the material content search.

Please see below screen capture for my calculation,

Assume 1in post channel, TDP2004 can support 6.4in pre-channel assume post-channel will have 2 through hole vias. Without the 2 through hole vias, the pre-channel can be 7.7in.

Please let me check on the halogen free document and get back to you.
