TMUXHS4412: unused channels floating

Tool/software:

Some Channels of Port B is unused. Do these pins have to be pulled up or down or can they be left floating if unused ?Whether it needs to be grounded?

Hi Vinay,

Suggestion is to use AC coupling Cap plus 49.9-ohm Resistors to GND. This is done to reduce noise propagation through the device. It will be good to use 50-phm traces going to these AC coupling Cap as well. I have copied my colleague Brian since he has more experience on this part as well.

Normally use 100nf AC cap.

Hi,

Whether the P and N port of each unused channel can be shorted and connected to AC Caps, Resistor?Please confirm the circuit connection for the MUX (TMUXHS4412) attached below.

For unused channels, please connect to 100nf and 50 ohm to gnd.
