Tool/software:
Customer found the delay time of the AM26C32's output has big deviation on Encoder application. You can see the probe mark "Z" has big deviation from probe mark "B" (B is ok)
In the system topology, it is likely as below diagram. The purpose of the Line Driver is to convert SE to Diff and then Diff to SE to MCU.
A1333(Angle Sensor) -> AM26C31 -> 10cm diff. Cable -> RC Filter -> AM26C32
Remark: the R/C filter value is identical and BW is the same.
Waveform:
Green and Pink Color is from Angle Sensor
Blue and Yellow Color is from AM26C32 Output
It looks the Z waveform is abnormal since the time deviation is big than waveform B. In the system, B and Z waveform are in the same device.
