I do not see where to down load

Did you receive an email notification about the "PCIE5-REDRIVERS-DESIGN" My Secure Resources folder? I checked in the system and confirmed that it is available to you.

After opening the folder webpage, scroll to the "DS320PR412-421" section and download the following ZIP file:

This contains both the installer for the overall SigCon Architect GUI program (should be installed first) and the DS320PR412-421 profile installer (should be installed second).
