Hello, I finished using TUSB9261 to implement a hard drive box. It can read and write data normally.

But when I unplug and plug in the USB cable, if the process is fast, then the PC will not recognize the device.

If you plug in a few seconds after unplugging, the PC can successfully recognize the device.

What do you think might be the cause of this?

Hi Long Chongyu,

I haven't seen this issue reported before. Does the TUSB9261DEMO EVM have this same issue?

How fast do you unplug and plug in the device? Does the failed enumeration happen 100% of the time?

Is there any error message?

TUSB9261DEMO EVM doesn't have this same issue.

I think there are about 2s between I unplug and plug the device. And yes, it's 100%.

There is no error message.

And there is nothing. The burner can't recognize the device.

Hi Long Chongyu,

If the EVM cannot reproduce it, there must be a difference between your design and the EVM design that could be causing this. Based on your description, I think it could be related to power issues or not having sufficient time for the input clock to become stable.

Can you provide your schematic to compare?
