DS80PCI800: Review schematic

Part Number: DS80PCI800

Tool/software:

Hi team,

Recently our production was facing issue with 1 of their hardware was unable to be detected in their product, and they discovered that the issue was due to timing issue on current CPU which is the BIOS boot up are faster than the Hardware. Hence, they have come out with 1 solution:

Solution: Rework at instrument level by adding a bridge from C112 to R45 for DS80PCI800SQE/NOPB at the re-driver board to allow 3.3V pump in RX detector to reduce the board reset time.

Is the following connection no problem? Will it be any issue if they do bridge from C112 to R45 on this DS80PCI800 part?

Thanks!
