Do you know that do we need AC coupling when SN75DP159 input is tmds ?

If you have AC-couples TMDS signals going into the retimer, then the SN75DP159 is the correct chip to use. If you have DC-coupled TMDS signals then you should use the TMDS181 as you r retimer.
