facing color discrepancies in the captured images from the camera sensor

Hi,

I am capturing images from a camera sensor which gives 8/10 bit RAW RGB output data. I am routing the output data to an LCD monitor. I can get the images being captured by the camera on the LCD monitor. But there are some color discrepancies i.e red color appears as green color in the LCD. Only the black and white colors appear as it is. In the camera sensor, the color filters are arranged in Bayer pattern. The default read out sequence is BGBG. I got some information that If I want to change the read out order, I need to change the Horizontal start and vertical start points of the sensor.

Can anyone help me on how to change the Hstart and Vstart points of the sensor and explain how it is affects the readout sequence?? can anyone help me in solving this color issue?? The resolution I configure is 1080 X 1920. The image array of sensor has 1952 X 1092 pixels out of which only 1920 x 1080 are active pixels.

Thanks and Regards

Vaishnavi
