DP83TC812S-Q1: The sgmii Link up cannot be ping

Tool/software:

HI,

PHY can Link UP,PHY can output 25MHz clk. but it cannot ping.

Is it possible to loop back? 

How can I confirm that MAC to PHY can communicate?

The PHY driver is downloaded from here.
