I'm confused. You offer a Picostar package for the TPD2E007 device and this is the package that is currently available from distributors. But the datasheet is woefully inadequate for specifying the package.
1. It says ball size is nominal 0.2mm, pitch 0.4mm, but doesn't suggest a land size for the PCB.
2. It says size of the package is D x E. It says D and E can be found in the datasheet. The datasheet includes a picture on the front that says "0.8mm x 0.8mm package" - but that's not part of a mechanical drawing!
Could I please have a drawing for the Picostar package that I can use with confidence, including PCB land pattern arrangement, etc.
