Regarding DS90UB635TRHBTQ1 package VQFN32:

-> in datasheet, the coplanarity is noted as 0.08mm, which is the standard.

Do you have some measurement data regarding this? We wish to know if the "real" value is close to 0.08 or possibly lower 0.07/0.06mm

(Why? As we a high density board with 0201 components very close to the DS90UB635TRHBTQ1, we wish to use a 100µm stencil. Hence, we wish to have more accurate data)

I checked in PPAP20230208-022444 and was not able to find this kind of data

Can you support?

Thanks for reaching out with this question. Could you confirm you are referring to the 0.08 spec highlighted below?

I believe this is standard across this VQFN 32 pin package, we would recommend that the mechanical drawings be followed.

yes, I'm referring to the 0.08 spec you highlighted.

I understand that it is a standard that i'm sure you are respecting it.

My point is to get "statistical" real data or some measurements verifications. to see if we are closer to 0.06 or 0.07 for example
