HD3SS3212-Q1: HD3SS3212R simulate model

Recently, I am trying to simulate USB 3.0 trace. However, something wrong with HD3SS3212R model. 

I download this model from your website, but it defines 4ports, how could I understand these 4 ports?

Please tell us which are the input ports, which are the output ports for us.

It is hard to understand, as below description in model file.
