DS125DF1610EVM: Need USB2ANY dongle driver for DS125DF1610EVM

Tool/software:

After I started SigCon, and a message window shows "There are no USB2ANY interface detected. We have USB from PC connecting to "SIOEVK SPA Dongle SV013413-001 REV B" board, and a rainbow cable from this dongle board to DS125DF1610EVM board. I see the red LED on the dongle board is on . And the Win11 Device Manager show an unknown device "NSC USB NANO". It looks like some driver need to be installed. Please help to provide a link to it.

Hi Frank,

Please download the following USB2ANY Explorer application.

https://dr-download.ti.com/secure/software-development/gui-for-evaluation-module-evm/MD-lfI2ok7IRn/01.00.00.00/slvc622.zip

Please connect your USB2ANY to your PC with the USB cable before launching this software. I expect a window will pop up asking if you want to flash the device. Let me know if this resolves the issue or not.

Hi Lucas,

After starting USB2ANY Explorer v2.7.0.5, the Activity Log shows below, not asking for flash the device. And the device manager still shows unknown device. I reboot the PC, nothing changed.

Hi Frank,

I see you are using an external dongle USB2ANY with DS125DF1610EVM. The EVM already has a USB2ANY on board. Can you try removing your external dongle and directly plugging your USB cable into the connector on the EVM?

Hi Lucas,

I removed the dongle, and directly plugged the USB cable to J208, and power on the board with 2.5V, and I see 1.2A of current. (J198 jumper installed). The the first time to start SigCon, It asked for firmware upgrade again, and I did. But, I still have trouble with "USB2ANY connection interrupted". D36 LED flash 4 times. After I close the error message window by click x at top right corner, I clicked toggle LED button, and can see D36 turn off. It means USB2Any is working some level. See attached image.
