Hi team,

Customer is now considering design with DS90UB935.
Could you support below please?

  • What is the maximum voltage applied to VDDD_CAP, VDDRV_CAP and VDDPLL_CAP?
  • What is the accuracy of the internal resistor "1Mohm" at the PDB pin and the internal resistor "300kohm" at the GPOI pin? +/- XX%
  • If the GPIO is set to Output (FSYNC), is the output terminal type push-pull?
    Can it be directly connected to the imager terminals?

    This would be 1.15V.

    The variation is +/-15%.

    all GPIO should be push-pull, except for open-drain INTB/GPIO3 pins.

    Connecting the FPD-Link GPIO pin directly to an Imager FSYNC pin. Unless the imager datasheet specifies otherwise.
