Tool/software:
Hello,
Is there a specific reason why the RCLKOUT AC coupling capacitor is typically defined as 10nF in the datasheet? The datasheet recommends value in between 85-253nF for AC coupling on D/CLK lines.
We are considering using a 100nF capacitor for all AC coupling capacitors in a design with TMDS1204.
Is there a particular reason why TI recommends 10nF for RCLKOUT please? Are there any drawbacks to using a 100nF capacitor on the RCLKOUT line?
Thank you.
Regards
