SN65LV1023A: Serialize multiple LVDS to single lane

Hi Team, 

I want to use the sn65lv1023 to take multiple slow LVDS signals and serialize them into a single lane.

These LVDS signals will be changing rarely. 

The key spec here is low latency, do you think this is the right device? Do you have other suggestions?

Btw, when talking about DC balancing, do we mean just for the LVDS side or for the output as well?
