TCA9800: can we change mater to SDA_B side

Tool/software:

When Enable(pin 5) is control by other HW.

Can Master side connect to SDA_B

and Devicd side sonnect SDA_A

or we have to follow below schematic, SDA_A must connect to master side ?

I²C is bidirectional, and there can be multiple masters. It does not matter where you place the master(s).

Hi Dimitry,

I2C master/controller can exist on either the A-side or B-side of the device. The figure you have shown is merely an example connection.
