    Hi Shan,

    I believe the difference lies in the packaging. Since the PCA9515APWT is discontinued, I am not sure on the specifics, but if I had to guess, one is tape and reel packaging, and the other is just tape without the reel. 

    Datasheet is not available because this specific device was discontinued, but the PCA9515A datasheet should still be the same and accessible. 

    PW - TSSOP should have same package dimensions between the two devices, just different manufacturing package options either tape and reel or just tape. 

    Also, I would suggest moving away from the PCA9515A. This device is older technology and contains a device errata with clock stretching. This issue has been common among different customers, with the only fix of replacing the part. Devices such as TCA9517A or TCA9617B do not have this problem, and are made with new process technology, I also expect the supply of this device to be more long term.
