I believe the TRS3221E can operate with either 3V or 5V VCC.

Section 9.3 "Design Requirements" of the datasheet specifies capacitor values for both VCC=3V and VCC=5V.

A customer is considering temporarily changing VCC from 3V to 5V in their design.

Currently, capacitors C1, C2, C3, and C4 are connected with 0.1uF for 3.3V operation.

What effects would occur if only VCC is changed to 5V?

Thank you for your question. Yes, as you have noticed the recommended capacitor values are listed in section 9.3. They are also quoted under the "test conditions" footnotes in several places, indicating that "C1 = 0.047 μF, C2–C4 = 0.33 μF at VCC = 5 V ± 0.5 V." For the datasheet parameters to be guaranteed at 5V, the customer would just need to swap these cap values.
