Which version of Win are you using? Can you please disable Windows Driver Signature Enforcement and see if you are then able to install the driver?
Thanks
David
Hi Subramanya,
Additionally, is this being tested with our EVM, or your own device? What EEPROM is being used?
Thanks,
Ryan
Hi,
Did you try to disable Windows Driver Signature Enforcement and see if you are then able to install the driver?
Thanks
David
Hi David
Yes i tried with disabling Windows Driver Signature Enforcement, but facing same problem.
Hi Subramanya,
Is this with our EVM or your custom board? What firmware file are you trying to burn onto the TUSB9261? One of the firmware files we provide, or one you modified?
The burner detects the TUSB9261 at least, so given it is not burning, my suspicion is that either the firmware file may not be the correct format, or that the EEPROM being used is not compatible, though my research with the one you named indicates it should be.
Thanks,
Ryan
Hi Ryan

Please specify the memory size of the SPI flash to be used,
Hi David
Any update. we tried with admin mode also, but same problem
Kindly help to reslove the problems.
Hi Subramanya,
Here is a list of SPI flash devices that have been tested with the TUSB9261. Any SPI flash similar in properties should be good with this device:
By EEPROM, I meant SPI flash. Sorry for any confusion.
Do you have any TUSB9261 schematic? How was this designed, was it based on an EVM or our implementation guide?
Would it be possible to try this on a different OS, such as windows 11 or windows 7, and seeing if the results can be reproduced?
If you could let us know which firmware file it is, we can go into the lab tomorrow and attempt to reproduce the issue on our side, and see if there is an issue there,
Thanks,
Ryan
Subramanya
Can you please try the following sequence,
If not, can you try the Burner SW on a Win 11 machine?
Thanks
David
