TFP410: About TFP 410 T.M.D.S Signal

It is written as Tristate for SII164, is this the same?

    The ~PD signal is an active low signal.

    When ~PD is set to low the device is put into a power down state where the TMDS output pins are left in a high impedance/ High-Z state. The will be the case on power up and during operation as the pins are sampled during startup.

    When the ~PD pin is left as high, the TMDS outputs will be set to the proper DVI/ HDMI terminations and common mode voltage. This will be the case on power up and operation.
