LTOL has been done based on recommended operating condition table of the data sheet - please note table 6.3 of the data sheet.

My customer has asked me for LTOL documents.
If the information is confidential, I don't think I can submit it to the customer.

Unfortunately this is the only quality data that we have. I am afraid LTOL was not done as part of the validation of this part.

If LTOL has not been tested, on what basis does SN75LVCP601 guarantee a 0°C operating temperature?

Hi Ishiwata-San,

I apologize since i had not seen your reply before.

During product validation, validation engineers take parts from across different process corner and check to make sure data sheet parametric table meets data sheet parametric table. Validation report is not released to the public.
