My customer doesn't find human-body model (HBM) and charged-device model (CDM) parameters in the datasheet, could you help provide? thanks.

Hi Yang,

I also can't find the ESD rating and much information for this device as this device has no longer any technical support.

Having said that, I searched through the Interface product selection https://www.ti.com/data-converters/dac-circuit/high-speed/products.html and found one D/A that has shown ESD in the datasheet. I think this rating is pretty standard for HBM and CDM as other products like MCUs that I'm aware of also have the same ESD rating. I don't expect TVP70025 to be any different.
