Hello Noriyuki-san,

I do not see any reference in the datasheet to ELDRS. Some of our devices do reference this, such as the SN55LVCP22A-SP QML Class V 2×2 1-Gbps LVDS Crosspoint Switch datasheet (ti.com). All of the radiation data we have for this device is available is under the Technical Documents section in the product folders.

Are SN55LVDS31-SP and SN55LVDS32-SP CMOS technology?

We understand that Low Dose Rate performance of CMOS is better than High Dose Rate.
