Customer is asking to check TCAN1162-Q1 Internal LDO power 5V, current  capacity, please let me know it?

    Lenny,

    The internal LDO is designed to supply all current consumption needs for the CAN transceiver internally. It is not designed to support any extra load. The LDO is sized for 175mA to account for a short-circuit condition on the CAN bus while driving dominant, plus some margin.
