TS3DV520: output skew, tsk(o)

Part Number: TS3DV520

Tool/software:

The datasheet for TS3DV520 states that the output skew, tsk(o) is 0.05ns (typ.) and 0.1ns (max). Note 3 then says that this output skew is measured from one of the center ports (A4 or A5) to any other port.

Does this mean that the maximum output skew between any two other ports (excluding center ports) can be up to 0.2ns? I want to know if I am using this for something like HDMI, if there is a benefit to assigning the CLK pair to center ports A4 and A5, or if it does not matter.
