TUSB1310A: TUSB1310A USB2 mode DP is not pull up

you also need to select  XcvrSelect as 01 for FS and TermSelect as 1.

the tx_cmd(0x84, 0x45) is sent to PHY,  the configured data 0x45 (bit [7:0] is '0100-0101')means:

OpMode='00'

TermSelect='1'

XcvrSelect='01'

does we need to configure them sequentially, or Is there any other register to check?

There is 1 update, the dp signal pullup is triggered, but from the oscilloscope, the voltage is ~30V, which is very odd

it is the probe issue. Now the DP signal is pulled up and down, but no chirp signal seen on the bus, do you have any idea?

   After host  sees  DP goes high, host will send reset  signal  between 2.5us to 3ms, then Device will send K signal on DM.

From the waveform, after the DP pullup, both the DP & DM are '0', however, the PHY did not send out linestate 0b00 CMD

After  both the DP & DM are '0', DM should send K on DM.

Before DM send K signal, PHY should send out RX CMD with linestate "0b00", right?

   I was told by designer  that TI use Synopsys IP  as well to develop product with TUSB1310, Can  they  use their own  USB2 IP  ?

Actually, it is our customer using TUSB1310A on USB daughter card from eelement, By now, controller could not get a correct RX CMD from PHY when DP/DM pull down by host.

Yes, customer is using SNPS controller + TI PHY, below is the related SCH.
