DS90UB983-Q1: i2C port0/1/2/3 send out a byte of data randomly

Part Number: DS90UB983-Q1

Tool/software:

983‘s ’I2C port  Randomly send out a byte of data,983 just like a i2C master, why 983 send data autonomously? Even without any peripherals and master control, the default configuration of the 983 will send 1byte of data. The data sent is also random. 983 act as a slave ,why can sen data autonomously? The clock frequency for sending is 100Khz.This causes reads and writes to fail with some probability.  how to solve the problem?
