Hi team,

Customer use the device and a chip failure occurred during the small batch stage, and was confirmed to be a single chip failure after ABA testing. they found the CC1, CC2 and VDD pin is low impedance(100Ω), Could you help to analysis the possible reason for the failure? and the below is SCH.

    From the images, I only see CC1/CC2 connecting from the TUSB320 to your Type-C connector. This is the correct implementation, however if you are doing ESD testing on the port, it would help to add ESD protection on the CC lines.

    I also see that the PORT pin is shorted to VDD. I recommend using a 4.7K pullup instead of a direct connection here.
