TLIN1021A-Q1: Electrical characteristics

Hi Team,

There is the receiver rising/falling propagation delay time in the datasheet, but there is no information of transmitter rising/falling propagation delay time. Also, there are no information of rising/falling slope time(V/us) and slave communication frequency tolerance(%). Please let me know these information.

    The waveform propagation delay and duty cycle timings are provided in the Duty Cycle Characteristics section of the Electrical Characteristics table. Transmitter propagation delay timings for [TXD high] to [VLIN > THREC] are given as Td-r, and delay timings for [TXD low] to [VLIN < THDOM] are given as Tr-d. Slew rates are not specified for LIN devices separately from the duty cycle characteristics.

    Regarding the communication frequency tolerance, this is typically a controller (i.e. MCU) related consideration, not a transceiver consideration, however, if you're asking about receiver symmetry, this is specified as trs_sym (±2µs) in the data sheet.
