Tool/software:
During our testing, we noticed that the 4550 would enter a sleep state on its own around 4 minutes. This is quite strange, as our WAKE pin has been pulled high since power-on. Can you explain what the problem is and provide a solution?

After the device powers up, you have 4 minutes to clear the Power On Flag or configure the device into Normal Mode through SPI, or the device will enter Sleep Mode. The WAKE pin will not prevent the device from entering Sleep Mode and is simply an input pin that can be used to wake up the device from Sleep Mode.
