Are the AC coupling capacitors correctly positioned like this?

The green path looks ok, but Id like some more information about the HDMI->DP conversion. Are you using an active protocol converter here?

You are correct, the other chip is an active protocol converter, needed to go from HDBaseT's HDMI to DP.
