TCAN1145EVM: If TCAN1145EVM change to TCAN1146-Q1 is workable?

we could use TCAN1145EVM change to TCAN1146-Q1, is workable?

and we saw the TCAN1145-Q1 is PIN to PIN TCAN1146-Q1, but features some different as below chart:

if we do not use above features, the TCAN1145EVM change to TCAN1146-Q1 is workable? even software we don`t change.

by the way TCAN1146-Q1 about watch dog function default is "off" ?

if any suggestion, Please advise me.
