We want to get TCAN1145-Q1 IBIS model for SPI simulation but we cannot see on the Ti.com.

could you provide the simulation model file for SI simulation ?

Hi Roy,

Unfortunately, we don't have IBIS model for this device at this time, there is no model to simulate SPI either.

If they need to simulate the CAN bus waveforms, they can use the TCAN1044A-Q1 IBIS model.
