Hello.

I am going to calculate the internal impedance with reference to Electrical characteristics of this device.

Internal impedance is 27.5kΩ(=5.5V/200uA) (Min)

Internal impedance is 366.6kΩ(=5.5V/1.5uA) (typ)

So from Vcc=5.5 V, 27.5kΩ(Min)~366.6kΩ(typ) to vary.

Is my understanding correct?

Please let me know if I'm wrong.

The worst-case impedance is calculated correctly.

The 15 µA value is measured at 5 V, and is not the minimum.

Hi Ryusuke,

Yes you can approximate an impedance value by taking the voltage and dividing by the leakage current.

This looks correct to me.
