TUSB4041I: TUSB4041IPAPR - Keyboard detection issue

Dear TI Support Team,

We have built the schematic and the layout based on the reference design for TUSB4041IPAPR and everything works fine with it. We are able to detect the mouse as well but somehow we are not able to detect the keyboard. We have tried keyboards from 3 different companies but non of them are recognised for us.

If we can get an email address we can share the schematic file as well. We cannot share it on the open forum.

We are interfacing this IC with the Raspberry PI Zero

    Hi Margub:

      Sorry replying  late, I didn't  noticed  the schematic was sent to message box.

       For schematic, 

       need to remove R96  to  use i2C mode.

       Need to remove  R124 to enable  power switch.

       need to remove R126 for individual  mode

        need to remove R125 for  active high
