SN65DSI83: Is there any concern about thermal?

I'd like to use SN65DSI83ZXHR(nFBGA pacakge) due to cost.

The lineup also includes SN65DSI83-Q1(QFP package) with a thermal pad.

Is SN65DSI83 expected a lot of heat?

This device is not expected to generate a lot of heat. However the ambient temperature this device can work in is as follows.

If you are planning to use the device outside of this temperature range we cannot guarantee performance.
