Is it THVD1400V?

ti.com/packaging/en/docs/partlookup.tsp?partmarking=1400 says that "1400" is either THVD1400 or AMC1400, and this is certainly not the AMC's extra-wide SOIC package. The THVD1400V would be in a SON package.

Thank you very much. I think it is THVD1400. It is very close to RS485 connector. I already checked parts lookup and found that THVD1400 has only WSON package. I confused and wrote here. Do you have any info that THVD1400 has SOIC package?

I found part in lcdc electronics. I think it is not TI but they put TI logo on it. It is solved. Thanks a lot for your response and support.

The THVD1400 is available in SOIC and SOT-5X3 packages. (The LCSC photo looks OK.) The THVD1400V is available in the VSON package, but its marking would be "1400V".
