Hi，

The customer is using TUSB8042A for HUB, and after inserting 4 interfaces into the device, it is recognized that all are High speed, but Supplier speed cannot be recognized. Please help analyze the reason. Thanks!

Can you please provide your schematic and layout for review?

Are you plugging TUSB8042A into a USB3 host and does the TUSB8042A itself is being recognized as a USB3 hub?

Are the 4 interfaces USB2 high speed or USB3 SuperSpeed devices?
