Hi,

We are Using USB3.0 Re driver part number ( TUSB522PIRGER) and need to communicate a 2-meter cable length with the board to board.

Please advise me on what setting logic needs to fix EQ1, EQ2, DE1, DE2, OS1, and OS2 to achieve the 2-meter cable data communication.

Hi,

Do you know the insertion loss of your cable in dB? We need to know what loss the cable has to give EQ/DE/OS recommendations.

Length is not a great way to determine these settings. For example, a 2-meter cable with a low loss material would use a lower EQ setting than a 2-meter cable with standard material.
