There is an issue that the debugger is not connected when connecting it after writing the program in MCU.(root cause : LDO for MCU power is not enabled by INH because MCU I/O pin for LIN EN is floated when connecting the debugger. So LIN's mode is made to standby mode as a workaround when connecting the debugger, there is no issue like that. I think that the mode must be changed to the standby mode for INH function when connecting the debugger and writing the program. Is it correct?
